The staff were great, friendly people, very warm and welcoming.   Gentilezza e professionalità dello staff - The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations of a three star hotel. The staff were not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was top class and the evening meal delicious. Good location for ski bus and gondola.
