I stayed at Geneva's busiest time and it was competitive. If it offers lower rates, the hotel obviously can't offer super everything but the things that were important to me - clean, newish bathroom, comfortable bed, good (continental) breakfast and fast free wifi in the rooms were all there. -

Jr. suite was great, rich period design, exceptionally clean, very comfortable - felt luxury and style. Breakfast a la carte was decent and the breakfast room classy. Location - absolutely the best. Old town, all those watch boutiques and hi-end stores. The lake just steps away. -

We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world and are used to a certain standard. This was our first time in Geneva but this apt/hotel was above our expectations. Ultra modern and clean, very spacious and plenty of comfort. We felt at home right away. Complimentary fruits and drinks in the apt when we arrived from a long trip which was greatly appreciated. Staff was extraordinary, really went out of their way to help

The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -

Modern hotel 2 blocks from lake and all the 5 star hotels but not at a 5 star price. Every member of the staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to bus (tours) and great restaurants. Almost everything! The room was nice, the food was great, the staff were very helpful in every aspect. I really recommend this hotel especially for honeymooners and people looking for high standards. Special thanks to the guys on the reception desk who I cant remember their names unfortunately.
