Tranquillo e comodo da raggiungere coi mezzi pubblici (purtroppo non a piedi). Comodo il bollitore con te e caffè in camera sempre utile per un te viste le temperature. - Ottima pulizia delle camere che sono molto ben curate anche se un pò piccole.

The offer that I had was fairly good value.
Zurich is expensive, and the price was ok for what was on offer.
The location is a short (10- 14 Minute) tram ride from the centre, with a tram stop more or less outside the hotel.
Breakfast good but expensive if not included with the package, and a "quick" breakfast on offer.
The hotel was quiet.
The bar was functional, and barstaff friendly.
I would probably stay there again

It is chic and fab amidst the west side of city. Maria the receptionist is very great and helpful. Others are also. Hotel locates in the remote area, no shopping center, no super market. But we can take ride on tram in front of the hotel for 10 minutes to city center. Tram no.4 dictates you to city centef and elsewhere of tourist attraction of Zurich, except you wanna expand adventures to urban area. We got the room that did not match the internet photo. We did not make complaint but validated -
the design of overall hotel is brilliant. i stayed there on Thursday and Friday. Every night in the foyer they had a lovely not very loud music - club music. On friday evening there was a table tennis tournament - just brilliant for me as I love table tennis. Room design is great very very cosy. Window had an automated sunblinds, you press the button and in 30 seconds you are in darkness. All light in the room can be turned off using switches next to bed, so don't have to get of the bed to turn

Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your
needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the
city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the
airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently
excellent. The Spa and rooftop pool overlooking the city - Spectacular!! -

Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nicely located. Amazing is the sound isolation, the hotel is located in the heart of the city with trams running next to it, still if you close the windows, nothing will disturb you. -

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room was newly redone and was comfortable and had all of the conveniences one would want. The restaurants are very nice and have great food. efficiency of staff, helpfulness, comfort of room, - The hotel was excellent - the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfast was lovely, the room was very nicely decorated; the attention to detail was excellent. The size of the room is umbelieveble! The room is huge, comfortable, very well-structured. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Served in room at my convenience, was very reforced and quality products. The staff is perfect, everybody was so gentle and caring during my stay. Totally recommend and certainly would stay here again.

Very close to the city center, museums, restaurants, bars (10 min walk). Excellent service from the first moment of our arrival. Reception staff speak English, Spanish, French and German. Indoor parking service (Very important in winter!). Nice breakfast. The rooms, restaurant, bar and lobby have a beautiful classic furniture very neat and clean. -
