The staff provided excellent service. The hotel room was well lit, spacious with modest, clean design. The staff upgraded our room as a courtesy as a better room was available upon our arrival. The location was perfect, very central, situated next to several tram lines, but in an area I prefer to most other comparable hotels. The
Tiffany will be my go to hotel for business travel in Geneva.

I've stayed here several times, and always found it a great little hotel. Mike, the pm Receptionist, is very friendly. There's a great breakfast spread, and lots of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. My employer would put me up in the Kempinski, but frankly, I find Comedie much more convivial. -

Very reasonable price/quality ratio for Geneva and good location for our purposes. Also, with the tram stop just outside and the free public transport ticket, you can be anywhere downtown easily and quickly. We actually walked mostly.
Very frienly and helpful staff. Note that this is a residence, so you have a minimal kitchen, but no daily cleaning of the room. The rooms are rather nice and modern.

Very good location in Old Town but rounded by trams that take you to every place in the city, also to the frontier with France. Further, you cross the Mount Blanc Pont and there is the Train Station (Cornavin) from where you depart to the airport (next station) and to many places in Switzerland and other countries. This is my second time in this hotel and would go back again in case I return to Geneva.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in a Europe wide trip. Itsits within the old city, is elegant, very comfortable indeed, and wewere greeted by outstanding staff and courtesy. Truly outstanding inevery respect. - Nice, cosy, quiet room. Very friendly staff. Rich continental breakfast.

Having been appalled at the high prices and low standards in other
hotels in Geneva this one was a big improvement though still expensive
even by Swiss standards (but that’s Geneva!). It's 10 to 15 minutes
walk from the station and there are trams and buses that you can use
though it’s often as quick to walk. Breakfast here starts at 7.15 which
seemed a bit late to me compared with elsewhere but staff were very
helpful and will make up a breakfast tray if you need to leave earlier
