We had a really relaxing time, the staff are friendly and attentive without being pushy, the grounds and pools were spacious and beautifully well kept. The spa was wonderful and exactly as expected. We loved our stay in the Avani, the staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful.
The grounds were beautifully kept, there is 2 big pools and a large green area with loungers and hammocks.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean and luxurious, and all rooms have lovely ocean views.
Would definitely recommend it and would go back tomorrow.

All the staff were exceptional , nothing is too much trouble, they are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a great position on the beach - which is very clean, but the sea is not really suitable for swimming which we didn't realise when booking. We ate in all the different restaurants and the food and service at all of them was very good.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Resort and Spa. Very pleased with the staff, facilities, beautiful pool, good choices of restaurants, very good spa. We would highly recommend it and we would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful resort, courteous staff, reasonable charges. We got early check in at no additional cost and our younger son (4 yr) was accommodated at no additional cost. Nice swimming pool. -
I like everything in the hotel. All my estimations were completed - i meet the ocean, sand grand, sun, natural world, very kind people. Thank you!

My room had a private pool facing the ocean, just a perfect way to relax and start ur holiday. The staff are always accomadating to ur needs. You always get a warm welcome at ypsylon and the staff do all they can
to make your stay enjoyable .we had friends visit who were staying at
one of the big hotels farther down the beach who wished they had stayed

The hotel is away from city and no clear map dirction. Their phone number at booking l.com is wronge. They charge on wifi while the customer has no option except them....The staff is polite and neat.r -

Mangrove Villa is a unique getaway from most other places. With only 6-7 rooms, it is private and far away from touristy traps. Situated on the side of the river and home to King Fishers and lazy Water Monitors, I could relax and refresh myself. My favourite place was sitting by the river and watch the river go by.....

very quiet and isolated location, a bit of a distance to the nearest village or the beach. Hotel has its own tuktuk though. Very clean, though the non-A/C cottage I rented was rather basic. Very good food, and a very friendly and helpfull owner. An excellent choice for those who look for a quiet and peaceful retreat on the banks of the river Bentota.
