Cosa dice la gente
Superb tranquil and peaceful location at the foot of the Pyrenees with little or no distractions to disturb the peace, I've never felt so relaxed. Comfortable room, excellent dinner in the restuarant, a small bar on site to grab a snack/drink and friendly helpful staff. If we are in the area will definately stay again.
Fantastic setting, well designed rooms, friendly staff and really delicious food. I stay in many places and this ranks amongst the best. The monks Gregorian chant in the chapel was breathtaking. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
The rooms were very good. Staff very helpful and friendly and the meals were excellent at a very reasonable price. A place, where if we were in the area again,we would stay. Thank you.
What an amazing place to stay, basic clean rooms with a fantastic modern new en-suite shower room. Friendly staff, lovely food, amazing views, excellent value...highly recommended.
Everything was wonderful. The monastery is beautiful, the staff was very helpful, and it was a serene location.
Everything was clean and beautifully looked after. Views up and down were breathtaking. Prices very reasonable.
The whole ambience of the hotel adjacent to a living Benedictine Monastery in a spectacular Pyrenean setting.
An good location if you like scenery and wildlife and if it is not too far from your general travel plan.
Great place in an wonderful location.
Lovely place to stay in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The location is stunning and to stay in the historical setting of the monastery is amazing. Not to be missed is to hear the monks singing vespers in the beautiful church. Very reasonable and acceptable evening dining. 3-course meal and wine for 16 euros!.
The breakfast.
Breakfast was a little basic.
I cant think of anything about my experience at this hotel that I did not enjoy.
Remote...but that is the beauty of the place.
Dinner could have been more varied. Obviously very popular, excellent for a short stay as not too much to do locally.
The rooms were a bit noisy and sleep was a bit of a challenge - on the first night because of a group of people getting up at 6.30am (presumably to attend the early morning service) and on the second night because the rooms leak noise between them. PS I am a light sleeper! Breakfasts a little disappointing.
the lounge, it smelt of stale cigarrettes.
It wasn't inviting, or warm and it had no reading matter
There was no information in the bedroom on the hotel facilities, fire instructions, the local area etc.
