  The hotel is three blocks from the beach, which was just what my daughter wanted! It is new and very clean. We stayed in room 2 on the ground floor and it was very quiet--we had a small window that opened up to the outside toward the street but we had no noise at all.   This is an excellent hotel - the location is ideal being only one street up from the beach and a short stroll to the centre of Sitges. The staff are friendly and welcoming without being intrusive. The beach is a short walk away - For a two stars it can't be better than this: We had the double room with two queen-sized beds for two with access to the roof. Room was so large it could be a suite. I had a balcony with table and chair that I could sit on and read, or drink wine and watch the world. I loved that it was close to everything and walking distance from the train station.
