  Location is very centralized, close to the Cathedral. It is minimalist and chic. But what is impressive is the super friendly staff. The evening staff at the reception, called Maria, is especially helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome with all the tips re Santiago. Would stay here again next time. The waitress was very friendly as well. - The hotel was faboulous, small and cosy, the receptionist was extremelly helpful and funny. She direct us to the resturant and make our stay special. Easy walk to lots of eating places and cathedral. Hotel has a lift. Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.
