This ecological estate is in the northern part of the island of Ibiza. The estate is around twenty kilometres from Ibiza City and just 1 kilometre from the village of San Joan de Labritja. There are 4 holiday homes in seventeen hectares of landscaped grounds. The grounds are in the middle of a nature reserve. Each accommodation has its own interior style. For example, one studio is decorated in antique Indian style, another in Mexican and the romantic detached stone house is in Arabian style. Each holiday accommodation enjoys a good view of the surrounding landscape. The owners live in the grounds with their animals. The Moroccan bath is a steam room and requires payment. This two-person studio has a private terrace. The interior is full of atmosphere. The terrace/balcony enjoys view of the garden and grounds. The accommodation's interior is a completely open space. Some of the studios have a separate bedroom or a loft bedroom. The thick stone walls keep the room temperature comfortable even in high season. There is a wood-burning stove for use in winter. There are several beaches in the immediate area including Cala Xarraca, S'Illot des Rencli and Cala Benirrás. They are all 5 to 10 kilometres away. Ibiza offers nature lovers landscapes including the Ses Salines Natural Park and the famous Es Vedra rock island. You can enjoy walking, cycling and more in the surrounding area. Ibiza City and its ancient upper town of D'Alt Vila is thirty minutes away by car. You'll find many shops and restaurants there and it's well worth a visit.
