  Friendly staff & very helpful. We were given extra time to check out & the use of their bicycles for the morning. The hotel is close to the beach & the airport (Murcia) some lovely restaurants and we were shown where it was (we got a bit lost) by the local police.   Particularly liked the spa and facilities offered and the cleanliness of the establishment. A fantastic stay and only wished we could of stayed longer. Would definately return for another stay. Thank you all. - The pools are great, the breakfast and evening buffets were good value. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

  Very helpful gentleman at desk allowed me to use his computer to print an airplane ticket. Also showed me the way to walk to the airport rather than take a taxi. - It was basic but very clean and warm. The staff were very pleasant and helpful
