The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa

Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was
very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home
from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels,
all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In
in all Tenerife Country club is amazing.

this was best place I have ever been if compare the price and quality! Everything was just great. Stuff at recepcion was friendly, kind and polite. Explained everything in details. The moment we arrived we were greeted by an excellent member of staff,who couldn't have been friendlier,professional and even more charming if he'd of tried.We immediately felt welcome and comfortable.Our apartment was excellent.....just as we'd asked for.It had over and above what we expected as far as an apartment is concerned.Two flat screen tv's,one in the main lounge area and one in the bedroom.It was extremely well furnished with a welcome pack of tea,coffee and fresh bottled water.There

The apartment was first class to me it was like home from home it was very comfortable with a full kitchen with all the equipment you would have in your own home I did not even have to buy washing up liquid or kitchen towels everything you needed was provided in the price and the cleaners kept the apartment Very clean a big flat screen TV in sitti

On first arriving the very friendly staff at check in welcomed us this
continued right through our stay . Lovely studio small kitchen with

.Towel rental for 4.00 was great area was quiet but there is 2-3 bars
plently of places to eat our favourite was Tapas and Chilli very tasty
and Volare bar next door worth a visit supermarket on complex is a
little over priced b
