Upon booking the apartment, we were asked to contact to arrange a meeting time- the apartment replied proposing a time only fifteen minutes after what we sent, and the representative arrived exactly on time. There is a bar directly across the street where we we were able to wait with a beer.

Absolutely charming studio apt., fully equipped. We especially appreciated the basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, vinegar, etc. (cooking oil should have been olive oil, tho). Excellent location right in the heart of the historic part of the city, and easy walking distance to all sites, super market, coffee in the morning.

Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to the old town and also a street of tapas where the locals go.
Rooms are nice and clean, decent enough size, WiFi worked fine without issues.
The couple who run the hotel are extremely helpful, as well as being very enthusiastic about Salamanca and its history.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was spacious and very clean. Nice views over the rooftops to the skyline spires. Kitchen could be better equipped - there's a stove top but no microwave or oven for heating food. Bed are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Staff are helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay with them. Everything

The staff were exceedingly helpful with helping us find parking and our way around the city - with lots of personal recomendations thrown in!
We had the 2 bed apartment and it was perfect for a group of friends with a very reasonable price.
I also took my Border Collie and again the staff were very helpful with finding local parks etc.
