  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

  The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.
