the staff - the food - the room - the hotel itself - 100% first class. i was in mahon to attend my brother in laws funeral staying at the barcalo made the unhappy event bearable. - We have stayed at The Hamilton in previous years, and their food and service has remained at a high level.

I will confidently give this hotel a 10/10 rating. Spacious rooms, extensively equipped with everything, starting from several air-conditioning systems, 2x TVs, an oven and a dishwasher, an iPhone docking station to paper towels and dish-washing soap. The staff were amazing. We had the use of a luggage room and bathroom whilst waiting for our apartment and when leaving. They were polite, informative and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous location. we will definitely recommend it to others, already have and will return again.

La posizione, il clima, la cordialità del personale, l'ambiente - we stayed in the prestige part of the complex and the accommodation was excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful. there was lots of things for the children (2 year old toddler and 4 month old baby) to do as well.
