  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  The staff were really helpful and flexible a nice touch. The location is great and the town is wonderful. It was really nice they let us select our room. I liked that it was a little walk from the main town area and a bit off the path.   We enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is located very close to the harbour and the city centre. The harbour is only 5 mins walk with excellent resturants ( try La vida which was a fair price and excellent food), The walk to the center centre was also very short ( approx 10 mins max). The hotel owners are very friendly and multi- lingual and great host - We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Ceiba Maria! The owners, Sindy and André, were always there to assist or recommend whatever and whenever needed. It's a very clean and nice place which being located at the end of the street is at the same time close to the beach, marina and all the city centre entertainments as well as the local bus stop. The breakfast is varied and differs from day to day so that you can't get bored of eating one and the same thing daily. You can always ask for additional st

  The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty. I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay. One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach.
