Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

tried.Spa is fantastic, but underused as guests dont seem to know about
it - we talked to 7 + guests who had been staying for a week and they

It's a very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. The weather was chilly at night, so it was great to have some heating. Also, the owner waited up very late for us to arrive, which we really appreciated. The location is wonderful - lots of nice cafes and restaurants, several beaches very nearby. We had a very nice stay in this lovely hotel in the beginning of this
June. Very beautiful and well designed, smiley people at front desk,

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

Location - away from the busy Cala Ratjada town and harbour but within easy and pleasant walking distance. Minutes from the pretty and small Cala Gat beach and the short coast walk around to Cala Ratjada.
Rooms and poolside very clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast facilities.
We were the only Brits in the hotel, but thats OK with us and no different from expected.
