The garden and design of swimming-pool. - Public bus from Palma stops at the hotel. The location by the nature reserve and the sea is very good. The staff are very friendly and skilled at languages. Very convenient hire of bicycles in the hotel itself.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

delisious pizza for takeaway. The stuff at the reception easily
organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!
