We loved our stay here. While the hotel is located beside an undeveloped
swamp, this was mostly hidden! Our balcony view was lovely, we were very
comfortable in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was extremely well
equipped, important for a self catering holiday. A dishwasher and
washing machine were provided and washing tablets for both appliances!
This was a first and incredibly helpful. Had I known I could have cut
down even more on the packing! The staff were helpful and generous with

Best location possible for magaluf. Only steps from bcm nightclub, the beach and every fast food joint known. Huge pool inside with djs that play all day. We just missed the bands and international djs but that looks insane when it starts. Also allowed to bring in alcohol from outside. Would deffs come back again. A lot of fun. -

The hotel was recently completed renovated with a very good taste, quality, comfort and beauty.
I stayed 5 days at the hotel and everything was perfect during my stay.
One of the most amazing atraction of the hotel is the beach view. I stayed in the last floor(6th) with the view directly to the pool and beach.

The Hotel is located in the Playa de Muro, next to bus station and it's very convenient to get here from Palma - sus 351 goes from Palma bus/train station every 30 minutes. The Hotel is very big and have several buildings and swimming pools. The restaurant is in the central building. The meals are various inlc. seafood, but it's a little bit crowd

Resting in the middle of September. Loved the location in Playa de Muro
and proximity to the beach; the beach without the crowds; a good hotel
territory - 3 swimming pools, always enough deck chairs in the room;
work and attitude of the staff is great, the food is delicious and
varied. We were looking for a quiet, respectable hotel, near the sea,

This is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star setting. Yes the rooms are basic and in need of a refurb but that is reflected in the bargain price and with views like this you won't be spending much time in doors. If you like a hot drink in your room though you will need to bring your own kettle.

I was impressed by the organisation of the team of cleaners who were friendly & worked hard cleaning just about everything from sand on beach to showers & chairs & railings & fences as well as rooms & obvious areas.
The staff on the reception were always friendly & helpful.
But most of all the Team of young entertainers . Dave & his team were amazing - always friendly to parents but fantastic with the children . They were never too busy for anyone "kids or adults" .

Fantastic location, the kids loved both the cove on one side of the complex and also the diving platform and rocks on the other side. Good selection of pools too. Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice. -

organized a rental car for us and invited a doctor when we had a problem

The quaintness of the hotel and attention to detail. The owners have created an home from home atmosphere. The decorations are superb, The family photos spread around the hotel are always discussion points when you bump into the owner You really did feel as though your interests came first and that was stay was mmorable -

A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room

Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you
can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski
nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the
high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good
fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the
animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights
and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!
