Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, really excellent room for our family of 5, very spacious, clean with very good facilities. Location, room design, quality of breakfast, room composition, kithen facility, modern shower, laptop with internet in the room. Receptionist Patricia was great! Maps, directions were provided. Parking is 5 min, metro is 0.50min, bus-stop for the city-tour is 10 min walk. Located on live square, but not noisy. Very pleased with expereince, pity we stayed over thier only 1 night.

l'appartamento mi è molto piaciuto in quanto comodo, completo di tutti i conforts, ubicato in una splendida zona di Madrid - L'appartamento è la soluzione ideale per chi ha dei bambini e se si vuole risparmiare sui costi del cibo avendo la possibilità di cucinare come se si fosse a casa propria. The staff were friendly and competent. We lost the internet connection once and they fixed it when contacted.The location was excellent, a short walk away from museums, restaurants and bars. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were satisfactory. -

The location of Hostal Gala is excellent, a 5 minute walk from Gran Via and Puerto Del Sol. The staff are super welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and advise on where to go and what to do. The hostal is also kept very clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Although the rooms do not have safe deposit boxes, security and leaving passports/money behind was never a cause for concern. This is a place I would recommend and stay at again!

I stayed with my 2 of my siblings and we loved the location. It was walking distance to many attractions and many restaurants. Our room was perfect. We had an interior room so, we never got any street noise at night. There was a grocery store 1 minute walk from the apartment, very convenient if on a budget. The one gentle man that we dealt with was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We definitely stay there again.

We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting
