  The staff at Jardins were fantastic, From our Arrival meeting with Maria right through our holiday all staff were very friendly helpful and always had time to say hello and smile; the staff know how to make you feel welcome. Taking kids to pool great and surprisingly restful no loud music or crazy entertainment by the pool - The apartments of Jardines del Sol are clean, comfortable and a great size for small or large groups. It's perfect for self-catering - they provide pots, plates, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, blender, utensils etc (and there was enough free bottled water, teabags, coffee, sugar and milk for the first day or so) but they also have a small restaurant.   On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean . Pool is perfect there and lifeguard on duty full day . This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.

  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.   I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel. The atmosphere around the complex was always very freindly with lots of interaction from the other guests.
