  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.   We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable and very clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets/towels were changed every other day. A bottle of wine was given to us, as a welcome gift and also fresh bread rolls were delivered every morning. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the... cosa dice la gente » beach. We stayed on a half board basis and the food served in the restaurant was good. One of the nicest places we've stayed at. Will definitely book - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Every member that you passed on a daily basis always had a smile and said hello. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. A nice bottle of red wine was waiting for me in my room as a welcome gift and every morning, a fresh bread roll would be left in a plastic bag hanging on my door. It is the little touches that make a difference. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, cutlery and plates and glasses.

  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   In comparision with much more expensive bungalows we used for many years in Lanzarote before this is surprisingly beter value for money. Blissfully quiet and offers much of privacy. Three swimming pools. One shallow for kids and one heated so we could have a swim even when the weather was not kind enough to allow us to swim in the sea.   Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Our plane landed late at night and they were waiting for us at the reception desk as agreed. They helped also with internet connection, printing and other needed information. The palce is nice, it is cleaned every day, also the swiming pool is cleaned every morning.
