  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely quiet position up at the top of the border between Amadores and Puerto Rico. Five minute walk to the Europa centre where there's lots of dining/drinking options, supermarket and shops. Lovely modern interior of apartment, small but nice clean pool. It was so wonderful to have our own outside area - The villa was very spacious and clean with a great view over Puerto Rico and the sea.The kitchen and sitting room were also very nice and ofcourse the little garden and the swimming pool.
