  The owner Alberto could not have been kinder - he went out of his way to 1. meet us and guide us to the hotel when we could not find it, tell us of local scenic drives and walks, recommend local tapas bars, etc. His son is a superlative gourmet chef - introducing guests to the freshest local seafood imaginatively prepared. The room was perfect - really comfortable bed, and a sofa and tables at one end of the room, also a large en-suite. The location was beautiful, and utterly quiet - apart from birdsong! We definitely want to return one day...

  Super cozy accommodation in the middle of a nice forest. Friendly people and absolutely stunning food. Not sure how they serve the large tortilla because the small one was huge already!   This was our first trip to Yigo after many trips to other areas of Spain. We only spent 1 night here which could have been more. The staff and owners are very attentive and helpful. They recommended a restaurant down the way for eating fish and seafood which was very local and had the best seafood ever! The shower in our room was very nice and had easy access. The bed w - Everything. This hotel is wonderfull. The location is perfect, at the apex of the waterfront, the grand avenues and the old city. A beautiful old building completely refurbished, and rooms were well appointed. The owners are very professional and very personable, and attentive to small details. I recomended this hotel to anyone. A 4 star hotel at 3 star prices.
