  Staff is really nice, always helpful and we felt welcome everywhere and every time, pool area nice, food was excellent, so was breakfast, room was great, bed good, we enjoyed our stay very much - From the beginning till the end was almost perfect. The hotel itself and the location is a big surprise.We loved it.

  The staff we're attentive, professional, extremely polite & friendly. The private Spa was uber relaxing. We learned to make our own cafe using the hotel breakfast Nepresso machine each morning without having to hassle the staff. Massage was also very relaxing.

  We chose Valladolid to explore the Ribero del Duero wine region. The hotel was the perfect location for us. Easy access off the main road to get there and get to where we were going. Close to the center where it was an easy walk, but yet away from noise if there were late night festivities.   Beautiful castle building used as the hotel. Room was very large, well furnished, warm and very comfortable. Bathroom was huge with walk-in shower, bathtub and twin handbasins and separate toilet/bidet. Fluffy warm towels and dressing gowns were provided. Breakfast was simple continental but enjoyable.
