Kind and attentive receptionist, elegant furnishings, double bed, firm mattress, plenty of pillows, strong wifi, air conditioning worked well, great lighting in room which is oftentimes non-existent in hotels---floor lamp, 2 small lamps on each side of bed, desk lamp, and wall lamp as you enter room. Hotel has chosen serene colors---lots of creams and whites which make guests feel even more relaxed and rested. I would most definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel mid-January when we were the only guests and we quite enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite convenient for our journey to/from The Algarve from France. On our return mid-March we stayed again. We were able to bring our dog. -

Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Via Gotica, perfect position for visiting Burgos town. Excellent little coffee shop attached to the Hotel and a long stay car park is just across the road. Rooms were very well equipped, lovely modern bathroom. Would definitely stay here again

Great shower. Excellent value, and free Wifi. Easy and free parking. Handy location. All made it so good that we returned here only a week after our first visit to stay again.

It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that. Wifi was only available in the lobby, although we could sometimes get it in our first floor room. -

It's very dog-friendly, we stay there twice a year with our dog.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the manager, Oscar, is marvellous.
Eating facilities are suitably varied and the bar works for a quick snack breakfast.
Lerma is a beautiful town, it's castle, church and arched streets in particular.

We stayed here to and from the ferry at Santander. The hotel was easy to find and although right next to the motorway we could not hear the traffic from our room. The room was large, clean and comfy bed.
Cafe food was good. Restaurant was excellent meal of the day well cooked and excellent value for money. All staff very helpful and friendly.

room well equipped, at a very good price close to motorway as we were enroute to Santander but far enough away from road not to suffer from any noise. Breakfast was a bonus in view of the cost good parking. have already recommended hotel to friends. -

Very nice hotel. Lovely rooms. It is situated in a pedestrian square in the old town. There is parking underground but it is not convenient to the hotel for transferring your luggage. Having a motorbike we were able to drive to the hotel door and unload and then park. -
