  My favourite private accommodation of the whole Camino. This is a beautiful boutique guesthouse. It is comfortable, chic and relaxing. It's worth the money, believe me! If - Room 23 Kind and attentive receptionist, elegant furnishings, double bed, firm mattress, plenty of pillows, strong wifi, air conditioning worked well, great lighting in room which is oftentimes non-existent in hotels---floor lamp, 2 small lamps on each side of bed, desk lamp, and wall lamp as you enter room. Hotel has chosen serene colors---lots of creams and whites which make guests feel even more relaxed and rested. I would most definitely stay here again.

  We stayed at this hotel mid-January when we were the only guests and we quite enjoyed our stay. The hotel is quite convenient for our journey to/from The Algarve from France.   It's very dog-friendly, we stay there twice a year with our dog. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and the manager, Oscar, is marvellous. Choice of two restaurants because the bar area is extensive and serves meals too. Good, local produce on the menus.
