  The hotel was great value, the pool area was very well laid out. The choice of buffet or A La Carte was good and the food in the restaurant at the pool area was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel was pleasant. We would go back but would request a floor above the third level. - Everything.   Friendly helpful staff, very cheery welcome each time we entered the hotel. Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

We didn't speak the language and she made sure we got to our locations via taxi and made sure we were fed well ... THANK YOU .. we LOVED it there! - Casa Naya is icredible.   Our second stay at Es Turo, we will book with them again on future visits to Ses Salines. Wonderful accommodations -- delightful decore. Grounds are well-kept.   This is one of the finest Finca renovations I have ever seen. So much love and attention has gone into this. It is a gem in a semi rural setting with caring staff who clearly love the responsibility that has been given to them to look after this property and its guests.   Not a lot! We love this resort but found our stay very very disappointing. The hotel is abolutely alive with foreign bodies. We had not fresh linen or cleaning of our rooms during the stay. The reception staff had no customer relations skills whatsoever.
