  This was a lovely,beautifully-decorated, and comfortable hotel in a quiet location by a fast-moving stream. You could hear the water at night which is a comforting sound-puts you right to sleep! It was family-run and Sammy, the son, went to cooking school. He served some very fine meals while we were there.   The hotel is located in a very large garden where the host picks ingredients for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was outstandingly good. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the hotel which was excellent, nearly all the ingredients coming from the garden. There was a really good buffet breakfast. The situation of the hotel is also excellent, looking out over the estuary.
