Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street. Great place,budget friendly,close to everything.Good food.Tasty evening meals."Happy hour"

The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

Loved the location- right beside restaurants, shops and close to the old town. the staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool loungers were very comfortable, pool area very clean and blissfully peacefull- no kids. Décor in the reception area was bright and cheerful especially the lounge area -

La posizione e la struttura - location to beach and bars and resturants . hotel in center but nice and quite. the apartments were good value for money - Staff were great and the cleaning ws done daily. Spa was fab aswell.Location excellent

Wonderfull staff very friendly. The appartments are basic but are equipped with everything you need. It's very peacefull with a private pool, and it's about 3 min from the beach and the main avenue. -

I found the staff very friendly from the start. On check in we were asked our names. The next day the staff refered to us by name which I found to create a very personal feel.

On arrival , we were checked in by rafeal .he went out of his way to
find out for us which bottled water was low sodium , as the water was
for our 4 month old baby .he rang his wife to find out . The apartment
itself was lovely , everything you could need was provided. Very clean .

We have just returned from a week long stay in Club del Carmen. This was our fourth trip to Lanzarote and our first stay in this wonderful apartment complex. The apartments are superbly equipped, beds very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. All apartments are south facing and balconies get full sunshine. We hope to return next year.
