  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week.   We were a bit picky about the room but the staff was very helpful in helping is to find the room that would satisfy our requirements. The third room in the new part building was very good. Nice view, pretty quiet (not taking into acount neighouring dogs destroying the silence, but they were quiet in the night luckily). Ther - We had a great time in this hotel. Room was spacious, with kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Rooms were cleaned every day. We really loved breakfast, it was great and delicious. Wi-fi access was in lobby. But it wasn´t important for us. + free parking + free wi-fi + delicious brekfast + near city center + clean rooms + kitchen + fridge + garden + pool
