Cosa dice la gente
Excellent little hostal in the old part of Marbella. You dont expect
much when you have booked a double room at 30 euros (stayed alone). The
night before I came from a 5 star beach resort, and was happy to find a
great hairdryer in my nicely sized bathroom. Better than the one I came
from. Staff was supernice and friendly, free wifi, coffee machines etc
in the reception. Its 20 m from excellent restaurants and tapas bars,
and 10 minutes walk from the beach in marbella. tutti gli commenti dei clienti »
I absolutely liked everything, it was very pleasant place to stay. The location is perfect, in the very center of the old town. Very peaceful, and charming. It was better place than many of the hotels of 3 stars i have stayed before...perfect value for money. Would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to see Marbella, to be in the hart of the center and enjoy everything what the town can offer...
It's authentic, old, but not without the comfort of modernity, clean, it is in a quiet area, in the middle of Casco Antiguo, but close to the beaches as well. Staff is very friendly and easy-going, smiling all the time. We had a very pleasant, unforgettable stay, I wish I could have enjoy their hospitality for longer holiday time!.
Hostal was in an excellent location in the heart of the old town with
fantastic shops, cafes and restaurants. We hired a car and although no
parking their was a huge indoor car park just 5 minutes walk away which
costs 5 Euro's for a 24 hour stay which was great as parking in the
road for a few hours can cost this amount.
The Enriqueta is a charming, well run Hostal in the old, pedestrianised sector of Marbella. Its location is superb, noise-free and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was very comfortable with two small balconies overlooking an internal courtyard.
Hostal Enriqueta is on a quiet street just next to the main plaza in the historic centre – Plaza de los Naranjos. So, the location is superb. The staff is very helpful and nice, and English-speaking. The room was clean and tidy, also spacious enough.
more than i expected wifi tv shower room spacious and comfortable airconditioned and heating with fan lots of sockets hairdryer and some toileties included phone on hand pleasent surroundings truly enjoyed also extra blankets to hand if required.
Location was perfect, right around the corner from plaza de los naranjos.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were clean and had air conditioning, which helped as the weather was very humid during our time there.
Room was cleaned daily.
As described 'Hostal Enriqueta' is right in the centre of the old town, which is a lovely place. Only 10 min walk from the beach so its a perfect location all round.
The room we had was very clean and the staff were very attentive.
Clean, safe, superior location old town -downtown- beach etc, extremely helpful and friendly staff, quaint small hotel (considerda hostal as rooms don't fit a certain square foot but rooms are plenty big with excellent showers.
Friendly staff, helped us in what to do and where to go during our stay in Marbella. Good location, close to the main beaches and attractions. We found parking very easily, less then 50 m from the hotel.
The location was perfect and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, I have stayed a few times in marbella but i will definitely go back here .
The luxury of peace and quiet for a night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room. Help with carrying case. Guidance to places to eat. friendliness.

We will return and recommend !.
We enjoyed the location of the hotel, right in the middle of the old town.It is a very friendly hotel with helpful staff!.
Clean room with towels, toiletries and aircon. No lifts as its an old building but very central for shops and beach.
Very helpful staff at reception. Good location within the narrow streets of the old town, very central.
Fantastic! Amazing value for money, lovely, helpful staff. Will definitely stay again!!.
Great family hostal, super friendly staff and location is the best it gets!.

Amazing location and value for money!.
Location, price, friendly staff.

Staff very helpful.
Location...
Cheap, close both to old city center and to the beach; spacious and
clean bathroom with a bath.
Good location, one of the best value places around.
Nice street, friendly staff.
Liked it all.
the only downside that there is no internet in the rooms, wi fi works only in the reception area.
No dislikes.
The only negative thing was that our room was very humid – you could even smell the humidity in the room. So, the air inside was not very good for staying in the room and while sleeping. We think the reason was that the room was a patio room on the ground floor. So, if possible ask for a non-patio room on the second floor – maybe those rooms are better.
leaving.
Wifi only worked in reception area.
The nightshift 'guard' was a bit miserable, and it seemed he thought the guests were inconveniencing after coming in from the bars / restaurants, and disturbing him watching the TV in the reception - having to unlock the door etc.
WI-FI in lobby not in room.
No elevator (not a problem for us, since the room was at the first floor), and wifi only at the lobby.
Nothing.
I have kids and they won't be able to stay until they are walking.
Matress too hard.
took long time to heat up the room but what can I expect when its an old house built without isolation.
None.
Nothing.
Tiny worn-out rooms with bad internal sound proofing. Our room had
windows above some restaurant so there was frying smell and loud cries
in the night. Rooms that are far from the reception doesn't have
wifi. No refrigerators. Credit cards not accepted. Staff on the
reception was incompetent. Also, they mentioned patio in the description
of the room we booked, but our window opened to the street. The patio is
small and seems it is not accessible for guests at all, so don't be
fooled by that.
Bed wasn't the comfiest! Staff were also a bit strange.. We got told off for some silly things like not having checked out yet when we still had over an hour! I'm sure they meant well though..
Very loud walls. The bed was old/crappy.
