The closer parking with valet service was full, so the receptionist directed us to another parking where they have discounted rates. This is the best way to get to the hotel if you have a car, especial - We booked this hotel for one night on our travel North to catch the ferry back to England. Unfortunately, our ferry was cancelled twice and we missed our allocated time slot for changing the hotel booking but when we phoned the receptionist it "not a problem" to change to another night, in fact Mariano was very helpful. The room had a lovely view of the garden and the alcazar (we did ask for a view after reading the reviews) and was very clean, crisp sheets, good shower. We will recommend this
