L'appartamento è spaziosissimo. Bei letti, bagno e cucina fornitissima. Molto silenzioso anche per via delle rigide raccomandazioni sul rumore. A due passi dalla Sagrada Familia e dalla metro che è li. Un'ottima soluzione che fa risparmiare. Alta stagione, in 6 per 4 notti, meno di 500 euro con Booking. -

The office is in the old town and we had to take the keys from there but the instructions were very accurate. Everything was more than ok! (Thank you Loida!) -

Location is good if you don't like loud night life (the district is quiet, not comparable to El Raval where we stayed before; no noise from the streets and it's still only 10-15 min to subway "Joanic");
We had a 2-bedroom apt, it was really big, bright, renovated and clean. Kitchen was equipped with everything (kettle, dishes, bowels, toaster etc.

Staff member alex was very helpful. We arrived later than anticipated and he was very understanding as i had no signal to update him as we arrived.
Apartment was modern and airy and had everything we needed except a cot bed so i would not use here if needing this unless you take your own. The sofa bed wasnt this biggest either. Other than that the only issue we had was hot water which alex kindly remedied. Location was good for the sagreda familia but a bit of walk to las ramblas but no major i

Once we learnt the system for keys and lights this little pad was a huge hit. Quaint and convenient to all sights, shops and transport. The steep narrow stairway to our flat and odd reception arrangement made us feel part of the neighborhood where old and young work and play. -

Very friendly and helpfull staff and owner. - It's a beautiful place and, if you like antiques, is the perfect place to stay in Barcelona! The terrace is very nice, with flowers, plants and birds!
