  Old hotel in great location. GPS brought us right to the hotel, even though partially this is in a pedestrian zone with permitted access for hotel guests. The closer parking with valet service was full, so the receptionist directed us to another parking where they have discounted rates. Unfortunately, our ferry was cancelled twice and we missed our allocated time slot for changing the hotel booking but when we phoned the receptionist it "not a problem" to change to another night, in fact Mariano was very helpful. The room had a lovely view of the garden and the alcazar (we did ask for a view after reading the reviews) and was very clean, crisp sheets, good shower. We will recommend this
