  I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out.   The hostal Radio is cheap, simple and is situated in a great locacion, 15 minutes walk from Plaza Espana and 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla.   We have stayed in this hostel for two nights in late September. Absolute a value for money place to stay. Don't expect anything luxuary, it's plain and simple, exactly what you pay for. Rooms are clean and cleaned each day. On all the streets surrounding the hotel there are restaurants, bars and shops. The metro stop is at only 2 min walking distance. After chek-out they permitted us to use their luggage storage room for the entire day. Wi-Fi connection in the room was great.
