Great location around the corner from metro. Our room was not reay at 14.00, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Friendly and helpful staff, really good breakfast. Jordi was great and a wonderful representative of this hotel. -

Appartamento essenziale, ma completo ed in ottime condizioni. Buona posizione vicino alla metro ed a due passi da l'hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, gioiello poco conosciuto.. -

La camera era una junior suite, non mancava nulla, tutto apparentemente nuovo e notevolmente pulito. Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no
small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am
and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our
passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at
5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We
were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another
signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous
