Very new and modern. Very clean and beautifully designed. Lovely reception and ground floor area. Fantastic location, very central. Nice spacious bedrooms with safe deposit box, lovely bathrooms and great, powerful showers, and very efiicient air conditioning. Small but adequate and welcome roof top area with pool. -

Location is amazingly in the center of the city; anywhere in the city is is pretty much reachable fairly cheap weather using the Metro or even by Taxi !

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Apartments highly recommended. We got a very warm welcome on arrival from the owner, who gave as area maps, marked important things like supermarkets, pharmacy, metro, shops, places to visit e.t.c.
Staff is always willing to help.
We were allowed to check-in 1,5 hours before stated time (just let them know what time you expect to arrive).

Apartment was spacious and well presented and facilities were good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and spoke very good English. Staff are available in office below during working day and can be contacted out of hours. I booked this property for my parents, and they was so happy with the property, i see it myself and it was very nice, very clean - fresh towels - and the staff were very nice - called to the staff when we arrived to the property and they did not take long at all to get there to let us in - they was very helpful explaining to my parents the area an

Jose is wonderful host, save us money by giving many usefull informations, and fulfill some our wishes; he is very reliable. There is many good and cheap markets, restaurants, taco bars, shops and other in the neighborhood, and it is close to city center and many other Barcelona sights. Apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
