  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. On a very very cold March day (6 degrees) it was warm with a very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean and quiet. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  buon hotel, leggermente fuori dal centro storico ma visto il prezzo dei taxi in spagna non risulta un problema troppo grande. abbiamo dormito una sola notte e non usufruito del ristorante quindi il giudizio non puo' essere completo! - La qualità dei servizi, la pulizia delle camere e la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.
