I think I read some reviews saying the beds were comfy, and yes I did find the beds comfortable. It's a good value for money hostal with very helpful staff. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The bedding and bathroom were clean. Seems like they are cleaning the room every day. Perfect for the price...I got a bed in a 10 person dormitory for about 10Euro per night when I was in Barcelona; Here I pay 2-3Euro more, I get a private room, clean bathroom plus room service.

Ottimo hotel a gestione familiare nel centro storico di Ciutadella, parcheggio pubblico gratuito nelle immediate vicinanze, dotato di bar e ristorante. Staff gentilissimo e cordiale; è possibile noleggiare l'auto semplicemente rivolgendosi alla reception. Camere confortevoli con aria condizionata e tv. Ottimo buffet prima colazione. Da consigliare.
