Air conditioning is available from June to September at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 125 per week. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with details after booking. A damage deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out as long as there have been no damages to the property. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
