The staff, the excellence of their service, the loyalty schemes they
provide for recurring visitors, the friendly environment, the
exclusivity the staff offer to each and every visitor since it is such a
small hotel. The fact they remembered us from our previous visit. The
Holiday world water park was amazing, the transport was incredibly
efficien

All the staff worked really hard to make our week great, we arrived
early but reception staff were really helpful looked after our bags and
pointed us in the direction of the bar! Room was great, both room and
bathroom were nice and large, plenty of space for all of us. Animation
team worked hard to ensure we were included with activities for chil

effort made to include everybody. Great variety of buffet food at all

The complex was spotless clean and very close to the beach. We liked that after the bar closed at 11.30 the lights went off at 12 and the place was very quite great for a good nights sleep. The hotels clientele was mostly French which we found to be very friendly and we found that like us they clean up after themselves and don't leave glasses around the pool for other people to pick up.We were only there on a 3 night stay and we had a great time and found the all inclusive to be great value

The Balmoral was one of the best value hotels we have ever stayed in. It
was clean and comfortable. We had a room with a lovely balcony and great
sea,mountain and pool views. With the addition of tea and coffee making
facilities, toiletries and ironing facilities this would be a 3 or
indeed a4 star hotel. Now breakfast was not great but you would

My room was good,clean & sea view ,bed very comfy.only slight problem with noise at night,I have equet hearing,so snoring,return to rooms in early hours,some a little merry,but overall very good value.i will of course return in due course when able to.

the hotel is in an exellent location all the rooms are facing the sea the views are very special from their elevated position the restaurant the food and the service was very good they really made you feel welcome
the lift directly from the pool down to the promenarnd and straight on to the beach is and added bonas for those who dont like walking

This hotel is perfect! A place to get spoiled in every way every day.
The rooms are decored beautifully and the material used is luxury
quality. The staff is so polite and serviceminded. The hotel placed by
the sea with fantastic seaview. An elevatorride away from the beach and
seashore where you can walk for miles. And a long this walk you pass
many restaurants and bars. I really recommend Mamma Gina. They have
fantastic italian food. And the habor in Benalmadena is definitely worth
a visit. T

I would like to submit a review on behalf of my parents who recently
stayed at the hotel ( 20/09 - 02/10). My parents raved about the
staff- particularly the waiter in the restaurant. My Father is a very
fussy eater ( and particularly hard to please were food is concerned)
and he absolutely lovely the food!!! The accommodation was very

Room 507 had fantastic views, hotel was lovely and clean and great location for beach and Marina. Breakfast was fantastic, great choice of cooked and continental with fresh fruit. In height of summer I could imagine there will be quite a bit of noise from surrounding bars, but you would expect that from a busy resort.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We were made welcome. On
arrival which was almost midnight we were pleasantly surprised to find a
large bottle of water and some milk in our fridge, plus some sachets of
tea, coffee and sugar. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Plenty of
clean towels and linen. The Casbah cafe served good food at a fair
price. Excellent entertainment in the evenings. If I was to go to this
area of Spain again I would definately stay here.
