Holiday villa in Altea with view over the bay of Altea. The house has two separate floors and is furnished with taste throughout. Downstairs there is a living area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a bathroom. Outside there are various terraces (open and covered), a garden with garden furniture, build in BBQ and a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m. Pool heating is available for an extra payment. In the house you will find facilities like satellite-TV, DVD, stereo, internet access, air conditioning and a washing machine. There are three or more steps at the entry. You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost, pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival. There is private parking space available on site. The beach of La Olla and the port of Campomanus are 5 minutes away by car and Altea is 10 minutes away.
