Great location on central pedestrian street. Simple, clean efficient hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast served on roof terrace with sea and city views. Very good value for money.

This hotel is in the heart of Santa Cruz. It is close to shopping, retaurants and many museums and important sites worth seeing. The major Bus transport hub is nearby and the Bono ticket is a must for discounted travel throughout the island.The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Easy to get to, I flew into the south airport, got the city bus just
outside the terminal, direct to Santa cruz bus station, walked across
the road to the large department store and got a taxi to the hotel, for
5 euros. The guy ar reception was friendly and mentioned the resataurant
was open, although I couldnt hear anything and it all looked dese

very reasonable price, close to citycenter, surprisingly clean bathroom, balcony, modern-looking furniture and equippement. we booked it so we could visit the town, find it is the ideal reason to go. wifi free and OK, helful staff (if spoke english). would reccomend to most of my friends.
