  The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My Spanish is very limited but they always took the time to make sure I understood how things worked there.   We visited there out of the season (end of October). Very very beautiful place with great service. Because of the time, we where alone in the hotel and we had the whole hotel for ourselves.
