Stayed for two nights on the way home from Torroella de Montgri. We wanted to be close to the airport but also have a couple of days sightseeing in Barcelona. Staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and although outside the
city centre area this hotel was close to st josep tube station which is
only 2 stops from Europa gran fira and about 20-25 min to Drassanes stop
near the port area.

Location and terrace view. Quiet vicinity. There was in fact the street between the hotel and beach, but rather used for parking purposes than intensive traffic. I liked everything!! Sorry it took so long for my review I was there in June and we had the most incredible time, great sea view, the staff was great, we had a studio with all facilities- you could cook if you wanted. The terrace was so big and they have sunbeds so you can even sunbathe in the terrace if u didn't feel like walking 1 minute to the beach.So yeah very very happy with my stay! I highly recommend this Hotel!

Perfect location – aparthotel is right on the beach and bus links are great. Free safe parking on the back of the hotel, wi-fi in the room, 24 hours reception, budget - friendly. I liked everything!! I was there at the first week of October and we had the most incredible time, the staff was great, we had a studio with all facilities- you could cook if you wanted. The place around the pool was so good and they have sunbeds so you can even sunbathe in the terrace if u didn't feel like walking 2 minutes to the beach. So yeah very very happy with my stay! Friendly staff, free parking and Wi-fi, clean and comfortable room with kitchen. I highly recommend this Hotel!

I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived
3. Having 2 showers was really useful
4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels!
5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected.
6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

This was the second time we stayed here and we will be staying there again in the Fall. Liked the bunk beds for the kids even though the ladder was a little hard to climb for my son.

I can strongly recommend this place to people who look for something cozy, stylish, not typical. You feel more like at home, not like in a hotel. There is a common space for the guests where you can sit around big table, drink high quality coffee (free of charge) and relax.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke very good English and put themselves out to help in any way they could. Tea and coffee facilities were excellent even though not located in individual rooms, with complementary fresh milk and bottled watered. Air conditioning. A hotel with style located perfectly within easy reach of the old city, the shopping centre and the outer lying Gaudi cathedral and park. Overall, we had a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay at Castro . the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to offer help and answer our questions, perfect place for families, the location is perfect near two metro stations, we loved it and I recommend this for families. -
