  The couple who own it were very welcoming and so nice. I had booked the wrong date (for the day after by mistake) and they sorted us a room very quickly. Close to Bilbao ferry so perfect location for us. Will definitely use again. - Quiet, cheap and near enough to a couple of bars.

  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean.   I had an early flight form Bilbao and this place is percfect. You can get to the airport in 10 min by car. Staff were super friendly. They called me on my phone on respone to some email queries I made. They offered us to go pick us up if we weren't able to find the place. Perfectly clean and modern. - The Owners were so kind to find us in the middle of nowhere because our GPS was unable to bring us to this really marvellous place.   Excellent studio room in the heart of Bilbao - ours had a little balcony looking onto the lovely Old Town street. Clean, spacious, comfy bed, lots of natural light. Very short walk from metro and tram stops, as well as all the old town sites, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wonderful staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - highly recommend! - Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!

  Very good location and helpful staff. Simple accommodation but fair for the money. A very easy walk to the Guggenheim and to the old town. Reasonably priced parking nearby. - the staff was very helpful and kind, the location was great, just a few meters from Plaza Moyua where the airport shuttle stops.

  For the money, it was one of the most spacious and bright rooms I have had for the category. The criticisms that this place got was minor and I don't get it. One side of the room is floor to ceiling windows. Really light and bright. Clean and spacious for the price. Right in the Old Town close to bars and restaurants and you can walk everywhere. The outside of the pension has p** on it even though the name is - Location couldn't have been better, right in the old town. Staff were lovely, though English isn't really spoken they will do their best to communicate. Room was really nice. Breakfast isnt' fancy but it is adequate (Tea, coffee, toast, ceral and pastry) Entry is via buzzer only and you need to leave room key in reception when you leave.
