  This hotel is excellent for location and comfort at a very reasonable price. We were able to park free of charge outside the hotel and used the Metro, which is 5 mins walk from the hotel, to travel into the centre of Madrid in 20 mins. Another plus is an Italian Restaurant 'Ginos' situated near the Metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Madri - The metro station is situated with 2-3 minutes walk. Free parking is just outside the hotel. If you wish to have a more secure / private parking, the hotel could provide. The hotel is just between the city centre and the airport. There will be no problem to call a taxi. Value for money.

  The Receptionist were very nice especially named; Ignacio, Martha and Christina Hervasc. The Cleaning Staff was very helpful and friendly while providing us with all of out needs.   Very good information about the apartement and good service of the staff. Staff on site does not speak english but reception that was called on the phone does speak english. Very quiet studio in the back courtyard. Shopping groveries, banking etc. directly in front the studio. Free service to leave baggage with reception at Plaza Mayor was offered... cosa dice la gente » , however we did not use it because at Atocha train station you can leave luggage for a small charge, it is more close. - Good location, 2 main to metro, 5 main to Atocha and 15 main to Prado. Clean simple room with air condition and tv.

Very different to commercial establishments in as much as it is a converted apartment and was very interesting for us, a mature couple. We were placed in a huge room at no extra cost. Very clean.   Good enough for the prices. kitchen is ok (very clean and have everything you need). The breakfast is quite simple but still nice.
