We arrived late (7:00pm) and the place was locked up and we were not expected. The host eventually answered his phone and said that he was not expecting anybody as nobody had advised him of the booking. He gave us the honeymoon suite to make up for the misunderstanding and we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel and everything worked out perfectly and exceeded our best imaginations.tutti gli commenti dei clienti
Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Wonderful view of the sea from the open deck. Very amiable hosts. Good braai facilities including wood, charcoal and firelighters. Vouchers for breakfast at the restaurant next door; 60 rands in value PP which is enough for a full english, an extra round of toast, coffee and enough left over for a tip for the friendly waiter.
Very nice, almost mediterrian, with only few metres from playground, beach, restaurant, terrasses, cosiness. Saw dolphins as well. Only few kilometres from ferry (shark divin, whale and dolphin trips) dias museum and kleinbrak, where we viewed wales.
Great value for money, awesome service and overall homely, yet holiday feeling. Close to the beach and restaurants within 3 minute walking distance for all meals.

The location and the stunning view led to a lovely relaxing weekend. The staff were friendly and the the guest house was was clean. Definitely value for money.
You can not ask for a more spectacular view. It is suitable for young and old. I can recommend this to any one. We totally LOVED the place.

there is also a restaurant right on the beach and a tidal pool. Very attractive beach cottages.

top floor with the fantastic view is accessed via a narrow winding staircase which is a bit tricky when you have heavy suitcases to lug up but this is only a minor point.
Absolutely Nothing.
The only suggestion I have is the towels. Before you dried yourself the towel is wet and does not have a nice feel to it. The onsuit bathroom leaked when it rained, as well as in the lounge against the wall on the side where the TV is standing. It will also be wonderfull if the place is serviced daily.
The cottages are quite close to each other.

The restaurant from which we had to choose to have breakfast, not up to standard - poor service.
You honestly need to tell the owners of Delphinos restaurant to up their game as far as their food is concerned - pizza inedible and burgers very average. They have a diamond mine there and a captive market but could do so much better if they delivered excellent food.
Staff were lovely but owner was a little arrogant/rude. Was advertised as including breakfast and said so on my booking confirmation from bookings.com however he had an argument with me over this. Eventually he relented and gave us vouchers, but didn't leave a nice impression.
