  At first, they didn't give us the right room relative to our reservation, then, after complaining, theybgavevus their best. - we have booked standard room and were upgraded with no additional charges on arrival. The staff of the hotel were professional and polite, the room was very modern and elegant. After hours of sight-seeing, I loved retreating to the relaxing haven of my room to recharge.
