This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Location is terrific! All the main attractions and sights are within the walking distance. The room was spacious, well-furnished and clean (both of the times). The superior double was huge, the bathroom itself was the size of a regular room! The room was nice, much better and bigger than hotel room. Kitchen was a plus and had everything we need to cook a meal. Location is great, supermarket is 100 meter from the suites and metro is only 150 meter away, make it convenient to commute to city center (4 stations) away. The hotel is close to the metro which is great. Luckily I checked out google maps ahead of time or else I may have had a problem finding the entrance though. The rooms were big and clean and I liked the "Russian" view. Everything was working right and it was perfect, I honestly can't think of something bad to say. The staff were helpful as well.

The level of staff service and support was the best we have ever encountered. My wife lost her bag in the taxi from the airport ...being Russia we gave up any hope of getting it back. The hotel staff moved into action immediately, sent their driver to the airport and made sure we got it back ( within a few hours). They didn't have to do that but were genuinely concerned. The room, the breakfast, the location on Nevsky Prospekt, closeness to the metro ...just perfect.

A very correct hotel, with extremely large bar/ dining room complex
and a pub open late. Excellent food in that pub (which is a rare thing
to find in that town). Excellent coffee, and plenty of space to
comfortably read a paper. Location is excellent - not right at the
center with all its tourist traps but a little kickback at calm
Vasilevsky Island. A very good place on the whole although on the
expensive side.

Response staff - When we reported AC problems someone arrived right away, checked the settings, and we received a call offering to relocate us to a room with working AC. Also used the concierge services and it worked well.

Good location - close to the river, especially convenient to watch Liteyny bridge raise (it is 1 min walk). Please note that rooms overlooking Liteyny prospekt have the best view, but are noisy. Very clean. Cosy bar. Metro is 3 min walk and gets you to the railway station in 1 stop. Perfect hotel for a city trip. -
